Michael Chandler is a Richmond, Virginia, based consultant who conducts planning commissioner training programs across the country, and is a frequent speaker at workshops. Chandler is a former Professor and Community Planning Extension Specialist at Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, and was one of the founders of the highly regarded Virginia Institute for Planning Commissioners program.
