Who's Herb Ansprawl?

As you've probably guessed, there's no such person as "Herb Ansprawl" (at least we haven't heard of him!). Instead, it's a pseudonym for illustrator Darrin Bell and writer Wayne Senville.

Darrin Bell is an award winning cartoonist and illustrator. His editorial cartoons, which have been seen on "60 Minutes," occasionally appear in the San Francisco Chronicle, the Los Angeles Times, The Oakland Tribune, and several other publications in the U.S. and in Europe. Wayne Senville is the editor of the Planning Commissioners Journal, and a former 9-year member of the Burlington, Vermont, Planning Commission.
