The Santa Barbara County, California, Courthouse
"The ornate edifice is considered one of the most impressive Spanish Colonial Revival designs in the United States. Its most dramatic feature is the Roman triumphal arch which provides a view of Santa Barbara foothills and leads to the central courtyard and sunken gardens. Other decorative features include the sandstone entrance, many theatrical staircases, ornate sculpture and open loggia corridors."
