1. How can I order a subscription, back issue, reprint set, new commissioners guide, or poster?The Planning Commissioners Journal web site provides for secure online orders -- we also accept orders by mail, FAX, or phone (except for individual articles, which can only be ordered online for downloading).

2. Can I order individual articles from past issues of the Planning Commissioners Journal?Yes. We now have available more than 275 articles for online downloading. They are available in Adobe Acrobat pdf format, allowing you to download and print out articles exactly as they appeared in the Planning Commissioners Journal, with high quality photos and illustrations. The articles can be 3-hole punched for easy storage. Go to our online article index or download and save or print out our index.
3. How do I locate articles of interest?One easy way to find an article of interest, is to search by keyword. You may find it easier, however, to browse our index of articles -- which is organized by topic.
4. Do you offer any discounts on orders?Planning Commissioners Journal subscribers receive a 25% discount on all items (except subscriptions). If you order a subscription online, you can immediately make use of this 25% discount on all other items (such as articles, reprint sets, and back issues).

How long will it take to process my order?We make every effort to mail out orders within 5 business days after they are received (if longer processing time is expected due to our office being closed for vacations, etc., it will be noted on our Main Order page). All orders are shipped by First Class or Priority U.S. mail. If you do not receive your order within 10 business days after having placed your order, please contact us!If you ordered a subscription, you will receive the current issue to start your subscription. If you order an article for downloading, it will be available immediately after you make payment with your credit card. For more information about downloading articles.
7. Do you take orders from outside the United States?Yes. But note note that orders placed from outside the U.S. or Canada are subject to a modest additional charge (except for article downloads) to cover our increased postage and handling expenses. Click here for information on these charges.

Can I receive my money back if I'm not satisfied with what I receive?If you have ordered a subscription to the Planning Commissioners Journal and are not satisfied for any reason, you can receive a refund by contacting our office. Do you have posters available for sale?Yes, we now have two high quality posters.One is A Quick Tour of the Planning Universe, with text by PCJ columnist Michael Chandler, and illustrations by Mark Hughes. It takes a look at key players in the planning universe. To view an online version of the poster. 10. Are there shipping & handling fees?Anything downloaded from our web site does NOT have any shipping/handling fees. Subscriptions to the Planning Commissioners Journal also INCLUDE the cost of first-class mailing. Other products ordered, such as reprint collections, back issues (unless downloaded), our Welcome to the Commission Guide, and the Planning ABCs, have a flat shipping/handling charge of $2.50 for the first publication/item ordered, with a maximum of $5.00 for two or more publications/items ordered.
